In 2022 I received my BSc in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from the Eindhoven University of Technology. From the start of my studies I was always interested in nanotechnology and sustainability within the field of chemical engineering. This reflects in my choice to do my Bachelor's end project with the M2N research group about the passivation of defects in FA0.66MA0.34Pb(Br0.75I0.25)3 perovskite solar cells. After my BSc I started on my MSc degree in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Molecular Systems and Materials Chemistry also at the Eindhoven University of Technology. Once again I went to the M2N research group for my Master's Thesis about the effect of substrate & additives on absolute photoluminescence of perovskite thin film semiconductors. To complete my MSc degree I did an industrial internship at Eurofins Materials Science at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. I was granted this MSc degree in 2024 after which I started as a PhD student in the M2N research group, where I currently research wide-bandgap perovskite solar cells.
